Outside the villa, you will have the use if the private swimming pool, sun terrace, covered terrace with table & chairs, sun loungers, roof terrace and a barbecue. The specifications of the private swimming pool are 9 metres x 5 metres and a graduated depth ranging from 1.2 metres to 2.5 metres.
The internal layout of the property has 3 twin bedrooms upstairs, plus a bathroom and access to the roof terrace. Downstairs there is the master double bedroom, bathroom, combined living/dining room and the kitchen with breakfast table. Facilities available inside include a washing machine, iron, ironing board, microwave, dishwasher and a television. All 4 bedrooms have a ceiling fan. Bed linen is changed weekly.
