The grounds comprise of a spacious lawn and a maintained garden with a vine covered terrace. Put together, this is a wonderful setting for a holiday with the family or friends in Majorca.

From the villa you are 7km from the beach, 6km from Pollensa, 8km from Puerto Pollensa and the golf course is 8.5km.
Inside the villa you have on the ground floor, 1 double bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living room and dining room. Upstairs there is another double bedroom, twin bedroom and bathroom. Outside, you have the swimming pool (9 metres x 4 metres) with steps set in the lawned garden.
