Ca'n Tolo is perfect for family holidays. Unlike many of the other villas available in Pollensa, the Ca'n Tolo only has 2 bedrooms and sleeps 4 people. The larger 3 and 4 bedroom villas become prohibitively expensive for small families, but with only 2 bedrooms, this place is perfect for smaller families.
The villa itself is located in a tranquil setting, just 2 miles from Puerto Pollensa. You will find that this place is rather spacious, both inside and out. The attention to detail is obvious as soon as you arrive. The layout has been well planed, utilising the space to the maximum potential.
There's a minimalist feel about the building, with red floor tiles that contrast with the walls, complemented by the soft furnishings. In the kitchen you will see the pine units and walls decorated with blue Majorcan tiles, and over in the living room you have the open fireplace which makes an attractive focal point of the room.
All the facilities mentioned are on the ground floor of the villa, which makes it ideal for families with small children or folks who find it difficult to get around. Outside there is the swimming pool that is solely for the use of the occupants of the Ca'n Tolo. This is complemented by the covered terrace, surrounded by shrubs and plants. Not too far away, you have a table and benches with a covered BBQ - perfect for al fresco dining.
