In keeping with the law and tradition in Lanzarote, the villa is painted white with wood stained exteriors. You will have the use of a private swimming pool (2.5 metres x 7 metres, with a depth range of 1.6 metres to 1.8 metres) a sun terrace and a large balcony. The owners also provide you with a table and chairs outdoors, plus a BBQ.
The Villa Cency is perfect for large families or small groups as it can sleep a maximum of 7 people. Inside, you have cool white walls with pine furniture and lots of plants. It really does make you feel at home once you have settled in. Facilities inside, include a microwave/grill, electric cooking rings (4), fridge, television and video. A maid service is provided twice a week, this includes a linen change once a week & your towels are changed twice a week.
